The purchase and possession of an admission ticket constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions.

Tickets include 1 family admission into Santa’s Grotto and 1 family admission into the giant snow globe. 

A family ticket constitutes children and up to 2 adults per booking.

Admission tickets are non refundable and non transferrable.

Admission tickets purchased online are only valid if purchased via Santa's Village Website.

Admission tickets purchased online are only valid for use on the date shown and the specified number and type of persons as stated on the tickets.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the ticket before arrival at Santa’sVillage Santa’s Grotto located at Grandpa Greene’s.

1 admission ticket is the minimum ticket required to visit our Santa’s Grotto. This is for children ages 0-15 including up to 2 adults.

Please arrive on time for your booking time. This is an approximate time and there may be a 5-10 minute wait to see Santa / entrance into the giant snow globe.

Children (0 – 15 years) must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged16+ years . Children must NOT be left unattended at any time while at Santa’sVillage Santa’s Grotto.

Admission tickets are only valid for the name of the event chosen i.e Santa’s GrottoExperience.

Santa’s Village Saddleworth reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site at anytime during their visit due to behaviour deemed inappropriate by Santa’s Village management, in these circumstances no refund will be given.

Santa’s Village, registered Santa’s Village Entertainment Ltd, is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the venue –including, but not limited to, damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons.

No glass bottles or alcohol may be brought onto the Grandpa Greene’s site.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Santa’s Grotto site. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas in and around Grandpa Greene’s.

Adults who are not part of a group that include a child admission (who are on their own) are not allowed to visit Santa’s Village Grotto.

As part of our safeguarding policy, adult only admissions are not allowed. Should an adult be meeting a group including children at a later time, we would kindly ask that on arrival you contact them by mobile and request that they meet you at the entrance for identification. Thank you for your support to ensure the safety of all our visitors.

Personal data is only used by Santa’s Village, registered Santa’s Village Entertainment Ltd. Data is not passed onto third parties.

From time to time, Santa’s Village Saddleworth will undertake general photo and video shoots as part of their marketing activity. If you do not wish to be included in any photographic material please advise the team undertaking the activity, inclusion assumes consent to the use of the material. Where an individual shot is required, consent for use will be requested.

Photographs can be taken in the Santa’s Grotto and giant snow globe. Photographs are taken by you as the customer. Santa’s Village staff are on hand to assist should be require their help. 

Tickets are non-refundable. Should we need to cancel a date due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to move the booking to another available date or issue a refund minus a £10.00 administration fee.

Parking is free.
